Frequently Asked Questions
Below are a list of frequently asked questions that may be of help to you

1. Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?
I currently offer virtual therapy throughout Colorado, with limited in-person appointments available. If you're interested in meeting in person, please reach out to discuss current availability.
2. Do you accept insurance?
I accept several insurance plans, and private pay is also available. Please contact me if you'd like to verify your insurance coverage or discuss current fees.
3. What can I expect during the first session?
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and decide together on a plan that feels right for you.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee. Additional details are outlined in the practice policies provided before treatment begins.
5. Is what I share in therapy confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is important to me. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions, which will be reviewed during your first appointment and outlined in your informed consent paperwork. For virtual sessions, I ask that you participate from a private location where you can speak openly and minimize interruptions
