About Me

My name is Crystal, and I am the founder of Bloomgarden Mental Health.
After years of working in behavioral health, I created Bloomgarden Mental Health because I wanted to provide therapy in a way that feels personal, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I wanted to create a space where people can show up as themselves without feeling defined by a diagnosis or what they’re going through.
I believe therapy can provide a supportive space to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. I offer guidance, practical tools, and a place where you can feel understood, accepted, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Let's create a space where you can be yourself without judgment while working toward the changes that matter most to you.
My approach
I approach all therapy with compassion, collaboration and a solution-focused mindset. Clients typically leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and hopeful about what's possible.
My clinical experience and specialized training have prepared me to support individuals facing a wide variety of concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and substance use.

I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
